Steel and Coke integrated joint production project is built in Cangzhou Bohai New Industrial Zone, The construction scale mainly includes 4×7.1m top-loading reheating coke oven, 3×240m2 belt sintering machine, 1×260m2 belt sintering machine, 1×180m2 belt sintering machine, 3×2500m3 blast furnace, 1×1350m3 blast furnace, 3×180t top-bottom reblowing converter, 1×1250mm hot-rolled strip steel production line, 1×1780mm Hot rolled strip steel production line, and the auxiliary production of 2×800t/d lime rotary kiln, 8×150m3 gas fired ash square kiln, forming coking capacity of 2 million tons/year, sintering capacity of 14.1 million tons/year, iron production capacity of 7.5 million tons/year, steel production capacity of 7.2 million tons/year, hot rolling capacity of 7.1 million tons/year production capacity. The project synchronously and reasonably supports the construction of mechanized storage yard, coke quenching system, power and gas system, substation and power supply system, sewage treatment system and office building and other auxiliary facilities.
