Leaders of Organization Department of Bohai New District and TV Station were invited to serve as judges. Company leaders Wang Junxian, Chen Meng and other leaders attended this activity and served as judges. More than 350 people, including Party members from all branches and Party groups, active party members, applicants for Party membership and advanced cadres in production and management, watched the competition.

In combination with the current activities of practicing "three stricts and three earnests" and honesty and self-discipline, as well as the requirements of "three respects and five fears" put forward by the chairman of the Board of Directors, the contestants are close to the production reality and the life of employees, reflecting the leading role of Communist Party members in various work from different aspects.
