The song "Home is in My Heart" deeply touched all the audience at the party. The actors' soulful singing, coupled with the rolling photos of employees' families on the big screen and the specially shot video of parents' and family's New Year wishes, aroused everyone's yearning for their hometown and loved ones. Many employees' eyes were moist and tears came to their eyes...... Subsequently, We Share a Home, Glory Bloom, Sunshine Road and a series of programs written and produced by the group staff pushed the party to one climax after another.

The party was organized by the labor union of the Group, and all companies of the Group participated in it with China Railway Corporation as the main group. The preparation took more than 2 months. The whole party was cheerful and warm, showing a calm atmosphere. It has played a positive role of "gathering staff's mind, coping with challenges together, and winning overall victory".

There are many highlights in the organization of this party. First, highlight the new theme in the program layout, show a new image, with a new style of selection and rehearsal program, to give the audience different feelings in previous years; Secondly, the performance intersperses the activities of caring for employees, fully highlighting the harmonious relationship between employees and enterprises; Moreover, the evening party adopts the method of simultaneous broadcast of live video and staff dormitory TV, so that some staff who have difficulty to watch the performance can enjoy the live program completely just sitting in the dormitory. In addition, the organization cost of this party also responds to the company's policy of reducing costs and increasing efficiency, which is a great savings compared to previous years.

After the party, the editor of this newspaper interviewed some of the audience at random. Employee Zhang Yuangang said that this party is more than any previous session, the quality of the program and the on-site effect are the best in years. An employee in a coal preparation workshop surnamed Liu said that such a party scene is comparable to the CCTV Spring Festival Gala. The scene is spectacular and the program is exquisite.
