1.Bachelor degree or above,under 40 years of age,3 years or above working experience in curriculum development and lecturer development,preferably with manufacturing background,working experience in group company,working experience in enterprise university.

2.①have a strong ability of systematic thinking and logical thinking,and have a sense of innovation.

②strong office software processing ability(proficient in word editing/Excel processing/ppt design)

③be able to independently develop management courses and have the ability to extract excellent experience.

④have the ability to teach public courses.

⑤have the ability to guide curriculum development and lecturer ability improvement(TTT guidance ability)

⑥have the ability of training system construction,have certain qualification management and cadre management knowledge,and have a certain understanding of talent structure and leadership structure.


①manage the daily operation of the training and Development Department of the group.

②be responsible for the management of training,selection and professional title evaluation of lecturers within the group.

③responsible for the development of external resources of the group and the selection and management of external trainers.

④responsible for the establishment of the group's internal curriculum system and the development and management of the curriculum.

⑤be responsible for the development,review and confirmation management of external courses of the group.

⑥be responsible for the management of lecturer training,selection,Title Evaluation and other businesses of all departments and factories of the group.

⑦be responsible for the management of the group's departments and factories'curriculum system sorting,curriculum development and other businesses.
